It is with profound enthusiasm and respect that I express my full support for the Asia International Security Summit and Expo 2025 (AISSE’25). This notable event shines as a symbol of excellence, nurturing collaboration and innovation within the global security sector. AISSE’25 is a key forum where law enforcement professionals, policymakers, and industry leaders unite to tackle current security issues and discover pioneering solutions.

In addition to its broad agenda, I am pleased to emphasize the inaugural Cybercrime Prevention Summit 2025, supported by the National Cyber Security Agency (NACSA), which underscores our commitment to addressing digital threats comprehensively. This summit will gather experts from around the world to discuss strategies and technologies aimed at combating cybercrime, ensuring that we stay ahead in the digital age.

As Malaysia strives to enhance its ranking in the 2024 Global Peace Index (GPI), AISSE’25 plays a critical role in advancing our national commitment to global peace and security. This dedication is clearly reflected in the summit’s theme: “Asia United: Charting the Future of Global Peace and Security through Law Enforcement Collaboration.” By fostering strong international partnerships, we aim to contribute to regional stability and global safety, addressing a range of pressing security challenges.

The evolving landscape of criminal threats demands a concerted effort to enhance our capabilities and strategies. AISSE’25 is uniquely positioned to facilitate this by bringing together a diverse array of stakeholders. Through the exchange of knowledge, expertise, and best practices, AISSE’25 will undoubtedly contribute to the strengthening of our collective crime prevention and investigative infrastructure.

In today’s interconnected world, the scope and complexity of criminal challenges have increased exponentially. From cybercrime and terrorism to transnational organized crime and human trafficking, the need for robust, adaptive, and forward-thinking security measures has never been more critical. AISSE’25 provides a crucial forum for addressing these issues, fostering a collaborative spirit among nations and institutions dedicated to maintaining public safety and security.

The Criminal Investigation Department of the Royal Police of Malaysia is proud to be associated with this significant event, which marks the first international and national security event of its kind in Malaysia. We recognize the importance of international cooperation in combating criminal challenges and are committed to playing an active role in fostering partnerships that enhance our collective security capabilities. AISSE’25 offers an unparalleled opportunity for us to engage with our counterparts from around the world, including targeted participating organizations such as INTERPOL, EUROPOL, ASEANAPOL, and major security agencies. By sharing our experiences and learning from each other’s successes and challenges, we can collectively strengthen global security efforts.

I applaud the organizers of AISSE’25 for their steadfast dedication to achieving excellence and fostering innovation. Their work in assembling an extensive agenda that spans various security issues is impressive. By integrating advanced technologies, policy debates, and interactive demonstrations, they offer participants crucial insights and practical knowledge. This thorough approach ensures AISSE’25 remains a leader in the security field, promoting progress and resilience against emerging threats.

In summary, my appreciation thanks goes out to all those who have contributed to AISSE’25—exhibitors, sponsors, VIPs, and visitors. Your engagement and backing are crucial for the success of this event, and your combined knowledge will greatly enhance the discussions and outcomes. I am optimistic that AISSE’25 will build lasting relationships and foster innovative ideas that will advance our global security efforts. Together, we will ensure a safer and more secure future.
